Our advanced manufacturing process ensures the highest quality synthetic turf
High-quality PE and PP are blended with UV stabilizers and masterbatches, then melted and extruded into fibers. Various yarn shapes can be produced, including flat, stem, S-shape, diamond, C-shape, and W-shape.
Fibers are heat-set multiple times under controlled water temperatures to ensure uniform color without shade variation. Curly yarns are produced using both air-texturing and KDK methods to meet different turf applications.
Using 5-meter wide tufting machines, 4-meter wide knitting machines, and 4-meter wide pattern machines, we can produce turf in different widths and lengths according to project needs.
Turf can be coated with SBR or PU backing in various colors, and laminated with PU or TPE cushions to suit different applications and market preferences.
Each roll is checked for pile height, density, tuft bind strength, surface flatness, drainage holes, and precise edging.
Rolls are wound tightly on paper tubes and wrapped with film and woven cloth. Proper tension ensures no "bullet heads," wrinkles, or looseness, protecting turf during transportation.
Our factory uses optimized tufting, patterning and knitting machines to produce landscaping grass, gym turf, padel grass, football turf, ski grass and hybrid turf efficiently. Our own developed positioning and cutting tools ensure neat trimming. Flexible scheduling handles both small and large orders well.
